An opportunity for companies to present all range of services and goods to the wide audience of Russian and foreign investors as well as to declare itself among professionals: colleagues, partners, competitors and mass media representatives.

Participation terms

If you wish to take part in the Exhibition, please fill out the application form before May 10, 2011. After the application form is received, the company will be registered as an Exhibitor and conclude an exhibition contract. Exhibition fee per 1 sq.m: 175 USD.

Exhibitor benefits: registration to attend the exhibition on 17-18 May, 2012
Exhibit set-up: May 17, 2012, 3 p.m. - 10 p.m.

In order to pass registration on the day of exhibition the Exhibitor shall have the original contract, original or a copy of the payment order with a note of the bank about the payment received, power of attorney to sign documents related to participation in the exhibition.

The Exhibitor is responsible for the security of its exhibits during set-up and operation hours. At the end of exhibition day booths will be accepted under the guard of the security service of the Organizer.

Exhibit dismantle and removal: May 18, 2012, 8 p.m. - 10 p.m.

Payment order: the Exhibitor shall pay at least 50% of the exhibition fee (according to the exhibition space booked) within 5 days after receiving the invoice. The rest of the fee shall be paid before April 30, 2012.
