Terms of accreditation
Only officially registered mass communication journalists are permitted to visit IV International Summit.
Following quota for accreditation is arranged:
- Magazines and newspapers of federal and regional value –one representative max;
- News agencies – one representative max;
- Radio channels – one representative max;
- TV channels – three representatives max.
Organizing committee must receive journalists’ registration data 7 days prior the event.
Accreditation grants the right for:
- Free pass on all KAZANSUMMIT 2012 sections,
- Usage of all information materials and press releases,
- Filming the event for commercial usage.
A journalist who obtained accreditation is obliged to:
- Release written material or article in printed form or TV/radio account. Mentioning of organizers and the reference to the event’s full name is necessary by all means.
Representatives of mass-media companies without fail must provide KAZANSUMMIT 2012 press center with ALL the published materials (or their copies, including date of publishing), concerning KAZANSUMMIT 2012. Your mail must be received within 3 days after the summit’s end.
We do not provide an accreditation for:
- The ones who are not representatives of mass-media.
- Representatives of advertisement magazines, catalogues and web-sites which are not news portals.
- The representatives of mass-media who are not journalists, nor operators, nor press photographers, nor editors.
The journalist who’s accreditation was accepted will receive media-kit and the badge at the day of event opening. To prove their personality journalists have to bring their identity card.
