Dear participants!

We'll make sure the time you spent at KAZANSUMMIT was not only interesting but also enjoyable.

In the days of the Summit a special shuttle from hotel to venue will be organized. A full schedule of transportation for the participants will be available at the HELP DESK of each hotel.

If you want to be met at the airport or train station, please, submit your applications at "Personal Web-Office" with the date and time of arrival. Shuttle services will be provided only to those participants who provided the necessary information before May 16, 2012.

You may also order the organization of VIP services at the airport (paid service).
