Conditions of participation

1. You have to register at the official Summit website. Your application will be processed and in case of confirmation you will see a confirmation notice in your "Personal Web Office". 
   
   
2. An agreement that confirms and guarantees participation will be signed with each of the participants of the Forum.
   
   
3. The cost of participation depends on the payment date. The date of payment is the date of transfer of funds to the account of the executor.
   
   
4. Hotel accommodations, personal transportation, additional organization of the individual cultural program are paid separately.
   
   
5. Participation applications are accepted from 01.11.2010 to 15.05.2012. 
   
   
6. Confirmed participants’ contracts processing is due to 15.06.2012 18.00
